We are proud to present our flagship product, Vodk'arotte. This artisanal vodka is made from high-quality fresh carrots that we macerate before distilling them in our bain-marie stills. It offers a unique taste experience. After double distillation, we add a hint of sugar beet and lovage aromas to soften the Vodk'arotte and give it a scent reminiscent of carrot foliage. Here are some recipe suggestions to help you discover different ways to enjoy our Vodk'arotte:
Mix Vodk'arotte, carrot juice, Clamato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a glass. Garnish with a celery stalk.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Vodk'arotte 120 ml Clamato juice 15 ml lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 2 marinated beans plus a splash of the marinade from the same jar Salt and pepper
Mix fresh Vodk'arotte, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Vodk'arotte 15 ml fresh carrot juice 1 oz lemon juice Lemon zest Maple syrup to taste
Preparation: In a shaker filled with ice, pour the Vodk'arotte. Shake well. Pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest, an olive, or a carrot.
Mix Vodk'arotte, fresh carrot juice, apple juice, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice.
Mix Vodk'arotte, fresh carrot juice, dry vermouth, ginger syrup, and sparkling water in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime zest. Sparkling water and ginger syrup can be replaced with ginger ale.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Vodk'arotte 15 ml fresh carrot juice 15 ml dry vermouth Ginger syrup Sparkling water to taste
Ingredients: 60 ml Vodk'arotte 180 ml fresh carrot juice 15 ml lemon juice 15 ml honey
Preparation: In a shaker filled with ice, pour Vodk'arotte, fresh carrot juice, lemon juice, and honey. Shake well. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Decorate with a carrot stick or spiral.
